Services

Four stages, one team across all of them.

The engineers who run the studies are the ones who sign off the design, and they are on site for testing and energisation. Nothing is handed to a subcontractor at the boundary.

Service 01

Consulting and power system studies

Planning studies, operational studies and technical advice that support investment decisions in the Australian power market. We model the network as it will be, not as the single line diagram says it is.

Load flow, short circuit and contingency analysis

Connection studies and grid compliance assessment

Protection coordination and setting studies

Operational reviews for assets already in service

Service 02

Design and engineering

Basic and technical design for lines and substations up to 500 kV and wind plants up to 300 MW, plus the control and protection schemes that run them. Drawings, point lists and configuration come from one source, so the panel matches the database.

Primary and secondary substation design

Control, protection and metering schemes

SCADA architecture, point lists and cyber segregation

Panel design and manufacture in our Hanoi factory

Protection relays inside an outdoor cabinet
Control cabinets installed in a switchyard

Service 03

Installation, testing and commissioning

Factory acceptance testing, site installation, site acceptance testing and energisation. We test the whole scheme against the design before it leaves the factory, which keeps site work short and predictable.

Witnessed factory acceptance testing

Installation, termination and loop checks

End to end protection and SCADA testing on site

Energisation support and as built handover

Service 04

Operation and maintenance

Ongoing support that keeps control systems, protection and SCADA running safely and reliably. Because we hold the source code, a fix is a fix, not a change request to a third party.

Scheduled maintenance and protection setting reviews

Remote diagnostics and fault investigation

Software updates, patching and spares management

Operator training for control room staff

Operator monitoring a control room display wall
